Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and personable Administrator Operasional dan Administrasi to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and providing frontline support to both internal staff and external partners. The ideal candidate will embody professionalism, possess strong organizational skills, and be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate shift schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure proper handover between teams.
  • Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and internal reporting tools.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing courteous and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Prepare and archive official correspondence, contracts, and legal documents in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including venue booking and material preparation.
  • Support the procurement process by tracking inventory, processing purchase orders, and liaising with vendors.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice verification, expense tracking, and monthly reconciliation.
  • Ensure office facilities are well‑maintained, ordering supplies when necessary and overseeing housekeeping services.
  • Uphold company standards of professionalism, especially as a Muslimah wearing hijab, representing the organization positively to clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (Perempuan) – must wear hijab.
  • Age: 18‑25 years.
  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or SMA equivalent for entry‑level consideration).
  • Excellent personal presentation – attractive, modest, and courteous.
  • Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and reliability.
  • Friendly, communicative, and able to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Submission of a complete application package: updated CV, photocopy of KTP, latest diploma, and a recent color photograph.
