Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Accounting Assistant – Financial Administration Support to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file routine accounting documents such as invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including journal entry preparation and account reconciliations.
- Maintain and update ledgers, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting system.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles by gathering data, updating spreadsheets, and providing variance analysis.
- Process payroll related entries and verify employee expense reimbursements in compliance with company policy.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Perform basic data analysis using Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, and charts) to generate management reports.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentation materials, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Collaborate closely with senior accountants and auditors during internal and external audit activities.
- Continuously improve internal controls and suggest process enhancements to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field.
- Gender: Open to all genders; however, the current posting emphasizes a female candidate aged 20‑35.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or financial administration; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel (including formulas, sorting, and simple pivot tables).
- Core Accounting Skills: Familiarity with budgeting, cost accounting, and general ledger maintenance.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, high attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
