Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Pharmacist (Asisten Apoteker) to join our fast‑growing healthcare team at our modern clinic located in Cikarang. Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and courteous information to customers regarding product details, therapeutic options, and treatment plans.
- Assist patients with registration procedures, payment processing, and the completion of necessary documentation.
- Prepare compounded medication therapies, ensuring precise measurements, proper labeling, and compliance with aseptic techniques.
- Explain dosage instructions, administration routes, and potential side effects to patients in clear, understandable language.
- Address and resolve patient complaints related to oral and injectable medications, and prepare thorough ESO (Efek Samping Obat) reports for any adverse reactions.
- Maintain detailed records of medication dispensing, therapy usage, and patient consumption patterns for audit and quality‑control purposes.
- Conduct regular stock checks (stock opname), monitor expiry dates, and coordinate the distribution of medicines throughout the clinic.
- Collaborate closely with pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as updating standard operating procedures and contributing to staff training sessions.
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory requirements, including the maintenance of a valid STRTTK and PAFI membership.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Pharmacy (mandatory D3 Farmasi).
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi Tenaga Teknik Kefarmasian (STRTTK) and valid Kartu Tanda Anggota PAFI.
- Relevant certification or competency certificate in pharmaceutical practice.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a pharmacy or clinical setting, preferably with compounding responsibilities.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintain accuracy, and follow ethical standards.
- Gender: open to all genders; Age: maximum 30 years.
- Proficient in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and basic computer applications.
- Flexible availability to work the required schedule: Monday to Sunday, 09:00 – 20:00.
