Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales performance of assigned dealer and store networks, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Optimize inventory levels and improve product coverage across all retail outlets to minimize stock‑outs and maximize turnover.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of brand promoters, providing coaching and performance feedback to ensure high‑impact field execution.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, translating insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Drive retail expansion initiatives, including new store openings, partnership negotiations, and investment proposals aimed at strengthening Xiaomi’s retail footprint.
- Prepare detailed ROI analyses, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards using Microsoft Excel and advanced reporting tools.
- Maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, addressing concerns promptly and fostering long‑term collaboration.
- Monitor compliance with corporate retail standards, ensuring visual merchandising, pricing, and promotional execution align with brand guidelines.
- Travel frequently across the Pasuruan region to conduct store visits, audit performance, and provide on‑site support to dealers and promoters.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, supply chain, and finance—to synchronize product launches and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, FMCG, or related retail sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing retail operations, including stock optimization and dealer network expansion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, calculate ROI, and produce actionable reports.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and retail reporting tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to travel regularly for store visits and regional market assessments.
