Responsibilities
- Ingredient preparation: Wash, peel, chop, marinate, and portion raw materials according to standardized recipes and safety guidelines.
- Cooking and assembly: Execute cooking techniques—grilling, sautéing, boiling, or steaming—under the direction of the head chef, ensuring taste, temperature, and texture meet brand standards.
- Sanitation and cleaning: Maintain a spotless work station, sanitize equipment, and uphold strict food‑safe practices throughout the shift.
- Inventory control: Monitor stock levels, label and store supplies properly, and report any discrepancies or spoilage to the supervisor.
- Plating and presentation: Arrange finished dishes attractively, garnish appropriately, and verify portion accuracy before service.
- Team collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow crew members, assist during peak periods, and contribute to a harmonious kitchen atmosphere.
- Continuous improvement: Participate in briefings, suggest process enhancements, and stay updated on new menu items or cooking methods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: No upper limit; we welcome candidates of all ages who meet the skill criteria.

- Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
