Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, monitoring payment schedules and identifying overdue installments.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers’ residences or businesses to discuss repayment options and negotiate mutually agreeable solutions.
- Provide clear explanations of payment terms, restructuring options, and the consequences of default, always aiming to preserve the customer relationship.
- Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records for future reference and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit, Legal, and Customer Service to resolve complex cases and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare daily and weekly collection reports, highlighting trends, successes, and challenges to senior management.
- Adhere strictly to regulatory and internal compliance standards, including data privacy and consumer protection laws.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while representing the company in the community.
- Continuously improve personal performance through training sessions, feedback loops, and self‑directed learning.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with D3/S1 are preferred.
- Age: Must be 28 years old or younger at the time of application.

- Experience: No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
