- Maintain inventory of office supplies and operational equipment, placing orders and tracking deliveries to avoid shortages.
- Support scheduling and calendar management for multiple departments, including arranging meetings, travel logistics, and venue bookings.
- Perform basic data entry and database updates, ensuring information is current and error‑free.
- Provide frontline support during night shifts, overseeing security checks, facility readiness, and urgent administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to address minor equipment issues and coordinate external service providers.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly operational reports, summarizing key performance indicators for senior management.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and safe workplace by adhering to housekeeping standards and participating in periodic audits.
