Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation.
  • Set up workstations before service, including cleaning, organizing ingredients, and checking equipment functionality.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen appliances such as grills, ovens, fryers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and conduct regular stock checks to minimize waste.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, performing regular temperature checks and proper storage of perishable items.
  • Collaborate with fellow cooks, sous‑chefs, and front‑of‑house staff to coordinate timely service during peak hours.
  • Contribute ideas for new dishes, menu enhancements, and special promotions based on current culinary trends.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following daily cleaning schedules and deep‑cleaning protocols.
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff, sharing best practices and company standards.
  • Document any equipment issues promptly and work with maintenance teams to resolve them, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 19 years or older (maximum age not applicable).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a kitchen or food‑preparation role.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and preferably basic English).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating high initiative and discipline.
  • Residency in or near Bogor is required.
  • Proficiency in operating standard kitchen equipment and basic food‑prep techniques.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
