Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and organized Koordinator Operasional Dapur Kitchen to join our dynamic food service team. This role is essential for ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while delivering high‑quality meals to our customers. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, plating, and service timing to meet restaurant standards.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules that align with menu offerings, peak service periods, and inventory levels.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and accountability.
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring compliance with local health regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Manage kitchen equipment, schedule routine maintenance, and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to forecast ingredient needs, control waste, and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cooking techniques, portion control, and presentation consistency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
  • Assist in menu development by providing insights on preparation feasibility, ingredient availability, and cost implications.
  • Ensure the kitchen meets the scheduled work hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and that shift handovers are documented accurately.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a preference for individuals ready to start immediately.
