Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Motorcycle Courier to join our fast‑growing logistics team in Depok. As a key link between our warehouse and our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that parcels are delivered accurately, safely, and on time. Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders to the designated address using a motorcycle, adhering to the most efficient routes provided by our routing system.
- Inspect each package before departure to guarantee that it is properly packaged, undamaged, and clearly labeled.
- Obtain a signature or electronic confirmation from the recipient in accordance with company procedures, and record any delivery notes.
- Report any delivery obstacles—such as traffic delays, road closures, or customer‑related issues—immediately to the dispatch team.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times using the company’s mobile application.
- Assist with loading and unloading parcels at the warehouse, ensuring that items are organized for optimal route planning.
- Observe all safety regulations, wear appropriate protective gear, and keep the motorcycle in good mechanical condition.
- Provide courteous, professional interaction with customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their shipment.
- Collaborate with the operations team to suggest improvements for route efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
- Male applicant, maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian SIM C and active motorcycle registration (STNK).
- Own a functional Android smartphone capable of running the company’s logistics app.
- No visible tattoos or body piercings that conflict with the company’s professional image.
- Strong sense of punctuality, reliability, and personal accountability.
- Basic proficiency with navigation tools such as Google Maps and the ability to adapt to real‑time traffic updates.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 20 kg and to ride a motorcycle for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential weekend shifts during peak periods.
