Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Social Media Manager – Facebook to join our hospitality team. This role is pivotal in shaping the online presence of our 3‑ and 4‑star hotel brand, engaging travelers, and driving direct bookings through strategic Facebook campaigns. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with analytical thinking, ensuring every post, ad, and interaction aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize a comprehensive Facebook content calendar that highlights hotel amenities, special offers, events, and guest experiences.
- Create compelling visual and written content—including graphics, videos, stories, and copy—that resonates with both domestic and international travelers.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, courteous, and brand‑consistent manner to foster community engagement.
- Plan and manage paid Facebook advertising campaigns, setting precise targeting parameters, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click‑through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze performance metrics using Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools; produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales, revenue, and marketing teams to align social media initiatives with promotional calendars, seasonal packages, and revenue‑generation goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging Facebook features, algorithm changes, and industry trends to keep the hotel’s social strategy ahead of the curve.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelance designers when specialized creative assets are required.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, copyright laws, and data‑privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old; all genders are welcome.
- At least 2–4 years of proven experience managing Facebook accounts for a 3‑ or 4‑star hotel or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, paid media, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) and basic graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic personality with a demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Hard‑working, target‑oriented, and capable of translating data insights into tangible business results.
- Knowledge of food & beverage management is a plus, especially for promoting restaurant outlets within the hotel.
