Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Staf Penjaga Konter Layanan Pelanggan. In this frontline role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our retail locations, ensuring they receive prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance. This position offers a dynamic work environment where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and manage the service counter with a professional demeanor.
  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person visits, providing clear information about products, services, and store policies.
  • Process transactions, including cash handling, credit card authorizations, and issuing receipts in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the store’s Management System (Sistem Manajemen Toko) and update databases promptly.
  • Identify and resolve common customer issues, escalating complex cases to supervisors or the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Assist with inventory checks at the counter, ensuring that promotional items and frequently requested products are readily available.
  • Conduct routine cleanliness and organization of the service area, including replenishing brochures, promotional flyers, and point‑of‑sale materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to share feedback from customers that can improve product offerings and service processes.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, system upgrades, and customer service best practices.
  • Adhere to the company’s operating hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and maintain punctual attendance.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic proficiency with store management software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and patient attitude toward customers.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Attention to detail, especially when handling cash and documenting transactions.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and adapt to occasional schedule adjustments.
