We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Officer Pemasaran Kredit (CMO) to join our growing finance team at our Duri branch. This position plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our lending services and both dealers and end‑customers (debitur). The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong analytical mindset, ready to support the credit marketing function in a fast‑paced environment.
Based in Duri, the successful applicant will report to the Branch Manager and collaborate closely with the credit underwriting, legal, and sales teams. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with dealers and debitur to ensure a steady pipeline of credit applications.
- Prepare and organize all necessary documentation and data required for on‑site surveys and credit assessments.
- Conduct comprehensive credit feasibility surveys, including verification of legal documents and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform detailed credit analysis, evaluating repayment capacity, collateral quality, and risk factors.
- Present credit proposals and recommendations to the underwriting committee, supporting decision‑making with clear, data‑driven insights.
- Coordinate with the legal department to ensure all credit agreements are properly executed and filed.
- Monitor post‑disbursement performance of loan portfolios, identifying early warning signals and recommending remedial actions.
- Provide regular reports on credit marketing activities, market trends, and dealer feedback to senior management.
- Assist in developing promotional strategies and marketing materials to attract new dealer partners.
- Adhere to the branch’s working schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, and maintain flexibility to handle urgent matters outside regular hours.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 28 years.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with relevant work experience.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle and an active SIM C (motorcycle license).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to nurture professional relationships.
- Strong analytical abilities: meticulous, critical, persistent, and disciplined.
- High integrity, loyalty, and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of consumer financing and credit processes.
- Proficiency in using office software and familiarity with credit assessment tools.
