Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Store and Purchase Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in Sukabumi. This role serves as a critical link between the procurement, inventory, and finance functions, ensuring that all purchasing activities are executed smoothly and that store operations run without interruption. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a solid grasp of Microsoft Office applications, and a commitment to honesty and discipline. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate purchase orders from request to delivery, verifying quantities, prices, and supplier compliance.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, perform regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare and file all necessary documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and purchase requisitions.
  • Assist the warehouse team with inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring goods are stored correctly and dispatched on time.
  • Monitor supplier performance, track delivery schedules, and communicate any delays or issues to the procurement manager.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on purchase activities, stock levels, and cost variances using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support budgeting processes by providing accurate cost data and forecasting future purchasing needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, answering queries related to inventory availability and order status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards, especially regarding procurement transparency.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize inventory turnover.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 25 years old.
  • Gender: All genders; must be Muslim.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Highly disciplined, honest, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Own a two‑wheel vehicle with a valid SIM C and have reliable transportation to the workplace.
  • No body piercings or tattoos; present a professional appearance.
  • Residency in Sukabumi city.
  • Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to interact courteously with suppliers and internal teams.
