Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Motorist to join our growing team covering the Banyumas and Kebumen regions. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with a passion for automotive sales who are eager to develop a rewarding career on the road. As a Sales Motorist, you will be the face of our brand, building relationships with customers, promoting our product line, and driving revenue growth while traveling across the assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers within the Banyumas and Kebumen areas through door‑to‑door visits, phone calls, and digital outreach.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers, tailoring the pitch to meet individual needs.
- Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and ensure accurate completion of sales documentation.
- Maintain a daily activity log, update the CRM system, and submit weekly sales reports to the regional manager.
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide post‑sale support, follow‑up on deliveries, and address any customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with the latest automotive offerings.
- Travel extensively across the assigned territories, including occasional overnight stays, and represent the company at local events and exhibitions.
- Maintain the company‑issued motorbike in excellent condition and ensure all required licenses and documentation are up to date.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged; prior sales experience is not required.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) or be willing to obtain one.
- Own a reliable motorbike for daily travel between customer locations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Basic negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for sales.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, and to travel outside the home city when required.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications for CRM, GPS navigation, and reporting.
