Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is expanding its sales team in the Trenggalek branch of Jawa Timur. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Mobile who will be the front‑line ambassador of our financial products, building relationships with both existing and new customers. Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of loan and credit products to existing customers and prospect new clients across the Trenggalek region.
- Generate orders through the company’s distribution channels, capturing initial customer data accurately and promptly.
- Perform thorough verification of customer documents, ensuring all required paperwork for credit applications is complete and compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintain clear communication with dealers and customers, and promptly relay approval or rejection decisions.
- Inform customers about repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other pertinent information that supports a smooth loan lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by conducting market research, attending local events, and leveraging personal networks.
- Collaborate with the credit assessment team to address any discrepancies or additional information requests.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitive activity to branch management.
- Uphold Adira Finance’s brand reputation by delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating integrity, and adhering to ethical sales practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age: Up to 29 years old; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C.
- Proficiency in using Android smartphones for mobile CRM applications and data entry.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
