We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Akuisisi Penjualan to join our fast‑growing sales team. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, onboarding new users onto our digital platform, and promoting product samples to prospective clients. The successful candidate will act as the frontline ambassador of our brand, delivering exceptional service while managing inventory and ensuring accurate daily reporting. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers across assigned territories.
  • Introduce, install, and activate the company’s mobile application on client devices, providing step‑by‑step guidance.
  • Present and distribute product samples, demonstrating key features and benefits to encourage trial and adoption.
  • Manage the stockist process, including receipt, storage, accurate logging, and periodic reporting of inventory levels.
  • Submit daily activation reports through the designated web or mobile application to ensure real‑time data visibility.
  • Process orders using the internal application, coordinate logistics, and deliver products to customers promptly.
  • Collect and deposit daily sales proceeds into the specified bank account, maintaining strict adherence to cash‑handling procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s brand standards during all customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and provide feedback to the marketing team for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age range: 18 – 30 years.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; however, candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience are preferred.
  • Ownership of a smartphone running Android 7.0 or higher.
  • Valid SIM C license and personal motorcycle for field travel.
  • Proficient in operating mobile gadgets and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing daily reporting and inventory tasks.
  • Self‑discipline to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional flexibility for special events.
