Introduction

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of front‑line staff in delivering outstanding wellness and hospitality services, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Coordinate daily activities with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office to guarantee seamless operational flow.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort of guest areas, wellness facilities, and back‑of‑house environments.
- Implement and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, conducting regular audits and corrective actions when needed.
- Drive service excellence by coaching staff on effective communication, problem‑solving, and proactive guest engagement.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and turn challenging situations into positive outcomes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of wellness programs, special events, and promotional activities that enhance the guest experience.
- Track operational metrics, prepare reports for senior management, and contribute to the achievement of target KPIs.
- Maintain a disciplined work schedule, including shift work, weekends, and public holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Foster a collaborative team culture by encouraging initiative, recognizing achievements, and supporting continuous learning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree) – candidates with SMA/SMK or S1 qualifications are also considered if relevant experience is demonstrated.
- At least 0–2 years of experience in hospitality or a related service industry; experience in wellness or resort settings is a strong plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to representing the brand positively.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is highly valued.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong work ethic: disciplined, honest, responsible, and possessing a customer‑centric attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated service excellence and a keen orientation toward guest satisfaction.
- Resilience under pressure, with high initiative and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Relevant technical skills in food and beverage service are advantageous.
