Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Hunter to join our growing team covering Ambon and its surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and expanding market share in a dynamic B2B environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, maintaining strong customer connections, and representing the company’s brand with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Prospect new business opportunities through cold‑calling, canvassing, and networking within the Ambon region.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
  • Deliver high‑quality service and product demonstrations, ensuring customers understand the value proposition.
  • Prepare and present accurate daily activity reports and comprehensive monthly performance summaries.
  • Safeguard company assets, including inventory, promotional materials, and mobile equipment.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales support to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to provide feedback for product development.
  • Participate in regular sales training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 or higher is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, canvassing, motorcycle sales, or field sales (TO) roles.
  • Valid SIM C driver’s license for local travel.
  • Experience handling GT (General Trade) and MT (Modern Trade) segments is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 16:30, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
