Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta. This role blends traditional customer support responsibilities with creative graphic design tasks, offering a unique opportunity to engage with clients both verbally and visually. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, providing prompt, courteous, and solution‑focused assistance while also producing high‑quality design assets for marketing and communication purposes.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction scores.
- Develop and maintain a repository of frequently asked questions (FAQ) and support documentation to streamline service delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create eye‑catching graphics, flyers, and digital banners using CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
- Prepare and edit visual content for customer newsletters, product brochures, and social media posts, aligning with brand guidelines.
- Record and track all customer interactions in the CRM system, providing detailed reports to management on trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, service protocols, and design best practices.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company’s values and culture in every customer touchpoint.
- Adhere to company policies regarding punctuality, attendance, and personal conduct, including a commitment to regular religious observance as valued by the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer service or related role, preferably with exposure to graphic design tasks.
- Proficiency in graphic design software: CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and “not easily offended” when dealing with challenging customers.
- Demonstrated reliability in personal religious practices, reflecting the company’s cultural expectations.
- Current domicile in Yogyakarta or willingness to relocate.
- Portfolio of original design work submitted alongside the application.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a polished appearance.
