Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a motivated Account Officer (Problem Perawang – Riau) to join our dynamic collections team. This role is pivotal in managing overdue accounts (A/R 61‑120 days) and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will work from our regional office, adhering to a Monday‑Saturday schedule, and will be part of a company renowned for its innovative multifinance solutions across Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage overdue receivables (accounts 61‑120 days past due) to achieve collection targets.
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans.
- Prepare daily and weekly collection reports, highlighting risk exposure and recovery progress for senior management.
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to assess customer creditworthiness and recommend appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and documented.
- Identify patterns of delinquency and propose process improvements to reduce future A/R overdue volumes.
- Support the development of customer education initiatives that promote responsible borrowing and timely repayment.
- Coordinate with legal and enforcement partners when accounts require escalated recovery actions.
- Participate in regular training sessions on collection best practices, regulatory compliance, and soft‑skill development.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit, or a related financial role (experience is a strong plus).
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Male candidates only, as per the current posting requirements.
- Strong understanding of the multifinance business model and a clear orientation toward meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales‑oriented communication, B2C relationship management, and the ability to influence repayment decisions.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office that corresponds to the candidate’s domicile.
