Responsibilities
- Conduct live streaming sessions on our e‑commerce platform, presenting products, answering viewer questions, and encouraging purchases.
- Maintain a lively, humorous, and professional on‑camera presence that aligns with the brand’s tone.
- Manage real‑time chat interactions, respond promptly to comments, and foster a welcoming community environment.
- Prepare and rehearse scripts or talking points for each broadcast to ensure smooth delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan promotional campaigns, special offers, and seasonal events.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as viewer count, conversion rates, and average watch time, reporting insights to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to the scheduled shift hours (13:00 – 06:00, Monday‑Saturday) and maintain punctuality for all broadcasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including dress code, content guidelines, and confidentiality agreements.
- Continuously improve on‑camera confidence through feedback loops, coaching sessions, and self‑review of recorded streams.
- Assist in occasional post‑production tasks such as clipping highlights for social media reuse.
Requirements
- Female (Perempuan) and practicing Muslimah.
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a live host or similar on‑camera role.
- Unmarried status (Belum Menikah) and age not exceeding 28 years.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong confidence in front of the camera (PD) and a natural sense of humor.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new e‑commerce tools, platforms, and product lines.
- Honest, disciplined, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible weekend schedules.
- Residency preferably in Cimuning, Mustikajaya, or East Bekasi areas for easier commute.
- Technical familiarity with basic streaming equipment, lighting, and sound setup.
