We are seeking a dedicated Guru Matematika to join our growing network of learning centers in the Situraja region. This full‑time position is ideal for recent graduates or experienced educators who are passionate about empowering secondary school students (SMP and SMA) with strong mathematical foundations. The role offers a dynamic teaching environment across our branches in Sumedang, Cimalaka, and Situraja, with flexible afternoon scheduling to accommodate diverse student needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the national curriculum for junior (SMP) and senior (SMA) high school students.
- Design and adapt instructional materials, including worksheets, quizzes, and interactive digital resources, to support varied learning styles.
- Assess student progress through regular formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback and individualized support.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and performance reports in accordance with institutional policies.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and curriculum specialists to develop interdisciplinary projects that connect mathematics with real‑world applications.
- Participate in parent‑teacher conferences, offering clear explanations of student achievements and areas for improvement.
- Commit to continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and peer‑learning sessions.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mathematics, Education, or a closely related field.
- Ability to teach both SMP (grades 7‑9) and SMA (grades 10‑12) curricula.
- Flexibility to schedule classes during late‑afternoon hours, typically after 15:00.
- Strong sense of responsibility, loyalty, and a commitment to student success.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong academic record are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to be assigned to any of our branches: Sumedang, Cimalaka, or Situraja.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
