Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and produce high‑quality visual content—including graphics, short videos, GIFs, and motion graphics—for use on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and the company website.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and community teams to translate campaign concepts into compelling multimedia stories.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic while experimenting with new styles and formats to keep the audience engaged.
- Plan and execute photo shoots, edit raw footage, and apply color grading to ensure professional‑grade output.
- Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze audience feedback, and iterate on content strategies based on data insights.
- Stay current with platform algorithms, emerging tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, DaVinci Resolve), and industry best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers or interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Assist the marketing team in developing promotional assets for events, product launches, and brand partnerships.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure all files adhere to brand guidelines and copyright standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a portfolio demonstrating strong artistic and multimedia skills is essential.
- Strong attitude, intelligence, and excellent communication skills; ability to interact confidently with internal teams and external partners.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices; proven ability to create content that drives engagement.
- Team‑player mindset with leadership potential; experience leading small projects or coordinating cross‑functional initiatives is a plus.
- Quick learner who welcomes constructive feedback and continuously seeks improvement.
- Not currently employed by another event organizer or agency, ensuring full dedication to our projects.
