Responsibilities

  • Calculate attendance, absence (including leave, sick days, and permits) and overtime data with precision to support timely payroll execution.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: post job advertisements, screen CVs, coordinate interview schedules, conduct interviews, and communicate outcomes to candidates.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts, extensions, and status changes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist department heads in monitoring Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievements for both employees and teams, providing regular status reports.
  • Maintain organized archives of performance documentation, facilitating smooth annual evaluation processes.
  • Oversee renewal and updating of corporate legal documents such as SIUP, NIB, and other statutory requirements.
  • Support general affairs initiatives, including office facility management, workplace comfort, and coordination of employee welfare activities.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to enhance employer branding and attract qualified talent.
  • Provide ad‑hoc HR support, such as organizing training sessions, assisting in employee onboarding, and handling employee inquiries.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Age: Maximum 45 years.
  • Gender: Female.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant HR coordination or generalist experience.
  • Core Skills: HR needs analysis, legal policy interpretation, performance evaluation, and proficient use of social media for recruitment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel for payroll calculations, and familiarity with HRIS or payroll software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, high attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, problem‑solving attitude, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving HR processes and regulatory changes.
