With showrooms strategically located across Medan, the company is expanding its sales force to meet the rising demand for both conventional and electric cars. We are currently hiring enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals for two key front‑line positions:
- Sales Consultant – BAIC (Male/Female)
- Counter Sales – Yadea (Male/Female)
Both roles are based in the Medan metropolitan area, offering the chance to work in a dynamic environment where technology, sustainability, and automotive passion intersect.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify inbound customers, both walk‑ins and online leads, ensuring a welcoming experience that aligns with the brand’s premium positioning.
- Present the features, benefits, and technical specifications of BAIC or Yadea vehicles, tailoring the pitch to each customer’s lifestyle and budget.
- Conduct test drives, answer technical questions, and provide after‑sales support to build long‑term relationships.
- Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) to create engaging content, run promotional campaigns, and host live sessions that generate qualified leads.
- Maintain the CRM system, accurately recording customer interactions, follow‑ups, and sales pipeline stages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotions, event participation, and community outreach programs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance through upselling accessories, financing packages, and after‑sales services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new model releases to provide informed advice to customers.
- Handle paperwork, financing applications, and warranty registrations with precision and compliance.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and digital marketing skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in automotive sales or a related marketing role (fresh graduates with strong motivation are also welcomed).
- Valid driving license (SIM C or SIM A) and personal transportation for field visits.
- Proficiency in using social media tools for promotion and live hosting.
- Excellent verbal communication, a friendly demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read body language, negotiate effectively, and resolve customer objections.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Flexibility to work the operational schedule: Monday‑Friday 08:30‑17:00, Saturday 08:30‑15:00.
- Open to candidates of any gender; placement locations are Medan Tembung (BAIC) and Medan Asia / Gatot Subroto (Yadea).
