Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer product inquiries, and guide them through the purchasing process both in‑store and via online chat platforms.
- Accurately record daily sales transactions, issue receipts, and manage cash drawer balances at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Process online orders received through WhatsApp, Instagram, or the company website, ensuring correct item selection, pricing, and payment verification.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records by conducting regular stock checks, updating Excel sheets, and notifying the warehouse team of low‑stock items.
- Assist in light packaging duties, such as assembling styrofoam panels and arranging freezer baskets for shipment, while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Respond promptly to customer messages, provide order status updates, and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Support promotional activities by setting up product displays, distributing flyers, and informing customers about ongoing discounts or new arrivals.
- Collaborate with the sales manager and other staff to streamline workflows, suggest improvements, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, data confidentiality, and workplace safety.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to enhance product knowledge, digital sales tools, and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, age 23 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail; capable of handling cash and order documentation without errors.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel or simple spreadsheet tools.
- Excellent communication skills; polite, tidy, and able to build rapport with customers.
- Willingness to work both offline (store) and online (e‑commerce) sales channels.
- Basic packing ability for lightweight items like styrofoam sheets and freezer baskets.
- Disciplined, responsible, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous cashier or online admin experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Adaptability, basic administrative skills, and a willingness to learn new software tools.
