Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Helper – Kitchen & Dining Services. This entry‑level position is perfect for recent graduates or anyone looking to start a career in the hospitality industry. The role is based in Bogor, with a focus on supporting our kitchen and dining operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.

The ideal candidate is energetic, cheerful, and possesses strong communication skills. You will work closely with chefs, waitstaff, and other support personnel, helping to maintain high standards of hygiene and service throughout our facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely, including dishwashers, slicers, and small appliances.
  • Ensure all workstations, cooking surfaces, and dining areas are kept clean and sanitized according to health regulations.
  • Collect, sort, and store dirty dishes, utensils, and cookware, loading them into industrial dishwashing machines.
  • Monitor inventory of disposable items (napkins, plasticware, condiments) and notify supervisors when restocking is needed.
  • Support the dining floor by setting tables, arranging chairs, and clearing tables promptly after guests finish their meals.
  • Assist in waste segregation, recycling, and proper disposal of kitchen waste to promote sustainability.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow, report any equipment malfunctions, and follow safety protocols.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, showing readiness to help wherever the need arises, especially during peak service hours.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (maximum age 25 years).
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Residence: Preferably living in Bogor or nearby areas for easy commute.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, energetic demeanor.
  • Honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of operating kitchen equipment and a willingness to learn.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
