Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Admin Channeling Bisnis to join our dynamic team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan. This role is a critical link between our Business Channeling partners and the credit processing unit, ensuring that every incoming order is accurately recorded, validated, and moved forward through the credit approval workflow. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, comfortable working with multiple software systems, and able to communicate clearly with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on every order received through Business Channeling sources, confirming receipt and logging it in the ACCTION system.
- Gather, verify, and complete all required consumer and financing object data, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal data‑quality standards.
- Enter incoming orders from the dicicilaja platform into the ACCTION system, performing double‑check procedures to avoid duplication or errors.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) decisions or the consumer’s grading, and process each application according to the approved guidelines.
- Contact applicants promptly to convey credit approval status, required next steps, or any additional documentation needed.
- Prepare and dispatch survey orders to the Service Operations Center (SOC) for field verification and on‑site assessment.
- Coordinate daily with the Sales & Home Credit (SHC) team to resolve any pending issues on active consumer orders.
- Maintain a meticulous audit trail of all data entry activities, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal audit requirements.
- Provide timely updates to management on order volume, processing times, and any bottlenecks that may affect service delivery.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to the order‑handling workflow or system usability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent diploma.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative, data‑entry, or credit‑processing roles.
- Proficiency with computer applications, especially Microsoft Office, data‑entry platforms, and basic database navigation.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and the ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken; ability to convey complex credit decisions in simple terms.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously and keep accurate records.
- Basic understanding of credit analysis, risk grading, and the RAC decision‑making process.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues in SHC, SOC, and other cross‑functional units.
