Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Lantai (Floor Manager) for our bustling restaurant located in Kabupaten Majalengka. This pivotal role will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a full‑service dining outlet, ensuring that every guest experiences a seamless blend of hospitality, quality food, and efficient service. Responsibilities

  • Execute crew duties across all stations (cashier, server, kitchen, production, barista, etc.) as needed, demonstrating hands‑on leadership.
  • Oversee restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct regular stock opname, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with vendors to guarantee product quality and availability.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of crew members, providing constructive feedback and facilitating continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage staff schedules, optimizing shift patterns to meet peak‑hour demands while respecting labor regulations.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellent customer service.
  • Analyze daily sales data and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth workflow and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on staffing, inventory, sales performance, and customer feedback.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s brand standards, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the company’s commitment to quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or diploma) – all majors accepted; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
  • Age: maximum 30 years.
  • Fresh graduate or candidate with experience in the Food & Beverages sector; prior floor‑management exposure is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and lead by example.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including conflict‑resolution, decision‑making, and the ability to motivate staff.
  • Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) and willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
  • Analytical mindset for inventory control, stock management, and performance monitoring.
  • Proficiency in presenting reports, conducting training sessions, and adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Key soft skills: teamwork, adaptability, customer‑centric attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
