Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory to present our Wi‑Fi installation packages.
- Conduct on‑site consultations, assess client needs, and recommend the most suitable service plans.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company targets.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs and submit timely reports via smartphone applications.
- Coordinate with the technical team to schedule installations and ensure a smooth hand‑over to the service crew.
- Follow up with newly‑installed customers to confirm satisfaction, address any issues, and upsell additional services.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, market trends, and sales techniques.
- Represent the brand positively at community events, local fairs, and networking gatherings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Junior High School (SMP/MTS) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No age limit – we value enthusiasm and dedication over years.
- Open to all genders.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a motorcycle for daily field visits.
- Smartphone with internet capability for real‑time reporting and communication.
- Active BPJS Kesehatan membership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Goal‑oriented mindset, self‑discipline, and a proven ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and CRM usage.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00, with occasional weekend assignments as needed.
