We are currently seeking a dedicated Veterinary Nurse – Groomer and Helper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians with routine examinations, vaccinations, and medical procedures.
- Prepare and dispense medication according to the veterinarian’s instructions, ensuring accurate dosages and documentation.
- Provide daily care for hospitalized and boarding animals, including feeding, watering, and monitoring health status.
- Maintain clean, sanitary cages, pens, and treatment areas; disinfect equipment after each use.
- Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, nail trimming, and basic styling, adhering to breed‑specific standards.
- Handle cash and credit transactions for product sales, grooming appointments, and clinic services.
- Manage inventory of pet supplies, order stock when needed, and ensure display areas are well‑stocked and organized.
- Clean and tidy the entire clinic premises—including waiting rooms, hallways, and outdoor areas—before the 08:00 am opening.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering phone inquiries, offering product recommendations, and educating owners on proper pet care.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper waste disposal and biohazard handling.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the employer).
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Willingness to sign a minimum two‑year employment contract.
- Ability to reside on‑site at the clinic and be available for shifts from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm, with a mandatory arrival by 07:30 am for preparation.
- Flexibility to be assigned to any of our Jabodetabek branches (Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi).
- Commitment to submit original academic certificates as a pledge of dedication; certificates will be returned after contract completion, with a penalty of one month’s salary if the contract is broken early.
- Strong adherence to cleanliness standards, basic animal handling skills, and a genuine love for pets.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to follow detailed instructions from veterinary staff.
