Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, inputting them into the POS system with attention to detail.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes and drinks.
- Monitor table status, clear used dishes, and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, accommodate dietary restrictions, and upsell complementary items such as desserts or specialty drinks.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues to the manager when necessary.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate cash handling at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with team members to support peak‑hour service, including assisting with bussing, stocking supplies, and preparing beverage stations.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all service activities.
- Participate in regular training sessions, staff meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer‑service or hospitality role.

- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure during busy service periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and change.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
