Responsibilities
- Visit Stores & Warungs: Follow a predetermined route each day, arriving at each outlet on schedule to represent Unilever professionally.
- Promote Products: Present Unilever’s portfolio, explain key benefits, and tailor recommendations to the specific needs of each retailer.
- Record Orders: Conduct inventory checks, capture product selections accurately, and verify quantities before finalizing the order.
- Present Promotions: Communicate current promotional campaigns, discount structures, and bundled offers to encourage larger purchases.
- Enter Orders: Input all order details into the company’s sales application or distributor system promptly, ensuring data integrity.
- Monitor Product Displays: Inspect shelf placement, verify that promotional materials are correctly displayed, and suggest merchandising improvements.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic upselling, cross‑selling, and diligent follow‑up.
- Provide Feedback: Relay market insights, competitor activity, and retailer concerns back to the regional sales manager to help shape future strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
