Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Perawat Terdaftar Spesialis Perawatan Pasien Dewasa to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This full‑time position is based in a modern tertiary hospital that provides comprehensive adult medical services, including internal medicine, surgery, and intensive care. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality nursing care, collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals, and contribute to continuous improvement of patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients across medical, surgical, and ICU settings, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, document vital signs, medication administration, and care plans in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Assist physicians during procedures, perform wound care, catheterizations, and basic life support interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment, promptly reporting any changes or emergencies to the medical team.
- Coordinate patient discharge planning, including education on medication, lifestyle modifications, and follow‑up appointments.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, contributing nursing perspectives to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain infection control standards, perform hand hygiene audits, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Mentor junior nurses and nursing students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Engage in quality improvement projects, data collection, and audit activities to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to hospital policies, ethical guidelines, and professional nursing standards at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D‑III (Diploma) or D‑IV (Bachelor) in Nursing.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in adult patient care, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Current certification in Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS), Neonatal Resuscitation, or Basic ICU Nursing.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and support staff.
- Demonstrated responsibility, discipline, and a commitment to patient safety.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional shift adjustments as needed.
