Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with existing enterprise customers, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and strategic networking.
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations that translate technical features into clear business benefits.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to design and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales pipelines, prepare regular performance reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements while safeguarding company margins.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
- Strong relationship‑building capabilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Self‑motivated, performance‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Solid problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to handle objections effectively.
