Responsibilities

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, presenting findings to senior management and recommending corrective actions.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices, collections, and payments while minimizing overdue balances.
- Manage the company’s treasury functions, including cash‑flow monitoring, banking relationships, and short‑term financing arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, guaranteeing full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and any industry‑specific reporting requirements.
- Supervise and mentor a small team of accountants and finance assistants, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and optimize the use of Microsoft Excel, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling tools to streamline reporting processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and issuance of official financial letters, certificates, and statutory reports.
- Collaborate with other department heads to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency and profitability.
- Stay updated on changes in financial legislation, tax codes, and industry best practices to proactively adjust internal controls.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a degree in Accounting is highly preferred.
- Age limit: up to 32 years old.
- At least 0–2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting, or auditing (fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, VLOOKUP, IF statements, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Excellent communication skills – the ability to ask clarifying questions and convey complex financial information clearly.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a proactive attitude; able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Detail‑oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus for interacting with multinational partners.
