Responsibilities

  • Execute daily sales routes to visit retail outlets, convenience stores, and direct customers within the assigned Sunter territory.
  • Present and promote our portfolio of FMCG products, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotional offers.
  • Establish and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with store owners, managers, and end‑users to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels on the vehicle, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate replenishment orders with the warehouse team.
  • Record all sales transactions promptly, update the handheld device or sales log, and submit a detailed daily sales report to the regional manager.
  • Communicate upcoming promotions, new product launches, and pricing changes to customers, ensuring they are well‑informed and prepared.
  • Arrange product displays, ensure proper shelving, and keep the store environment aligned with corporate visual standards.
  • Monitor competitor activity on the road, gather market intelligence, and provide feedback to help refine pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions, safety briefings, and team meetings to stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
  • Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0 years of sales experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Core Skills: Quick adaptation to changing routes, strong sales administration abilities, basic numeracy for handling cash and reporting.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent communication, high level of self‑motivation, reliability, and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Physical Requirements: Valid driver’s license, ability to operate a motorbike safely, and capacity to lift and handle product cases up to 20 kg.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with mobile sales applications or willingness to learn basic digital reporting tools.
