Responsibilities
- Operate a motorbike safely, adhering to traffic regulations and company safety policies.
- Pick up parcels, documents, and other items from designated warehouses or partner locations.
- Deliver items to recipients according to scheduled routes and time windows, using tools such as Google Maps for optimal navigation.
- Verify the condition of each package before and after transport, documenting any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including timestamps, signatures, and any special handling notes.
- Communicate proactively with the dispatch team regarding traffic delays, address issues, or changes in delivery instructions.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on the motorbike to ensure it remains in good working order.
- Provide courteous, professional customer service, answering basic inquiries and confirming receipt of goods.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow couriers and support staff, fostering a team‑oriented atmosphere.
- Adhere to company policies on confidentiality, handling of sensitive documents, and data protection.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license) and personal motorbike.
- Open to applicants of any gender.
- No upper age limit; candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with local delivery routes and strong map‑reading skills (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
- Excellent time‑management and ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
- Honest, trustworthy, and accountable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a coordinated team.
- Basic record‑keeping and documentation skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages of varying sizes safely.
