Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading merchandise, including heavy paint cans, pallets, and promotional materials, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Set up and dismantle in‑store displays, pop‑up kiosks, and promotional booths according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Engage customers on the shop floor, demonstrate product features, and provide knowledgeable advice on paint types, finishes, and application techniques.
- Execute sales promotions, product sampling, and point‑of‑sale activities to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to plan and execute marketing events, seasonal campaigns, and special discounts.
- Prepare and deliver daily activity reports, including sales figures, customer feedback, and any operational issues.
- Work flexible shifts—including early mornings, evenings, and weekends—to ensure coverage during peak retail hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male for logistics‑focused tasks; both male and female eligible for sales promotion duties.
- Age: Up to 35 years for physical tasks; up to 30 years for sales promotion roles.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar helper or sales promotion position, preferably within the retail or paint industry.
- Physical fitness: Ability to lift up to 25 kg, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions safely.
- Driver’s license: Possession of a valid SIM A (motorcycle) is an advantage.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal communication, friendly demeanor, and ability to convey technical product information clearly.
- Team orientation: Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Target‑driven mindset: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and willingness to pursue continuous improvement.
- Professional appearance: Presentable and well‑groomed, especially for customer‑facing sales activities.
