Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential units by actively prospecting, qualifying, and closing leads.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with potential buyers, real‑estate agents, and corporate partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and site tours, highlighting the unique design, amenities, and financing options of the Perumnas Pondok Indah development.
- Maintain a detailed CRM database, ensuring all prospect interactions, follow‑ups, and contract statuses are accurately recorded.
- Design and implement customized sales strategies for different market segments, including first‑time homebuyers, investors, and relocation programs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns, digital content, and lead‑generation activities with sales objectives.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, market insights, and competitor analysis for senior management.
- Participate in community events, open houses, and industry exhibitions to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Provide mentorship to junior sales staff, sharing best practices in negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Stay updated on local housing regulations, financing products, and market trends to advise customers accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in residential property sales, preferably with a focus on strategic account management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex property features in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and closing high‑value deals under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media advertising, content‑driven campaigns).
- Analytical mindset for tracking sales metrics, forecasting, and adjusting tactics based on data.
- Extensive network of contacts in the real‑estate and financial sectors is a significant advantage.
