Introduction

This role is pivotal in delivering the signature Accor guest experience, driving revenue growth, and upholding the high standards that distinguish our brand. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless operations from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional shifts on weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service that aligns with Accor’s global standards, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to hospitality excellence.
- Manage daily front‑office operations, including check‑in/check‑out procedures, reservation handling, and billing, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and uphold service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency across the property, conducting regular audits and reporting any discrepancies.
- Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, presenting tailored packages that increase ancillary revenue while enhancing the guest experience.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative culture that encourages continuous improvement and skill development.
- Handle guest complaints and operational challenges with diplomacy, turning potential issues into positive outcomes.
- Contribute to monthly performance reports, analyzing sales data, occupancy trends, and market feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in regular training sessions and Accor’s learning programs to stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) and ESG initiatives by promoting sustainable practices and community engagement during daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- At least 1–3 years of proven experience in a sales or front‑office role within the hospitality sector, preferably with a recognized hotel brand.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests, colleagues, and senior management effectively.
- Professional appearance, well‑groomed demeanor, and a guest‑oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Proficient English language skills (spoken and written) are an advantage; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Leadership potential with the ability to supervise and motivate teams, especially for candidates aspiring to managerial positions.
