The successful applicant will be a male team member who can interact professionally with customers, collaborate effectively with peers, and manage basic administrative tasks such as submitting application letters and academic certificates.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day‑to‑day production operations, ensuring that workflow follows the established schedule and quality standards.
- Provide courteous and efficient service to internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues on the shop floor.
- Work closely with the production team, sharing information and supporting colleagues to meet daily output targets.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to safety protocols and company cleanliness guidelines.
- Prepare and submit required documentation, including a formal application letter and the latest academic diploma, to the HR department.
- Participate in routine inventory checks and report any discrepancies in material usage or stock levels.
- Support the store management system by entering data accurately, helping to track production metrics and order fulfillment.
- Attend scheduled training sessions and safety briefings to stay current with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (as per operational guidelines).
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years (flexible based on local labor regulations).
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to serve customers politely.
- Team‑oriented mindset, willing to cooperate and communicate effectively with peers.
- Basic proficiency in using a store management system or similar inventory software.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work the standard schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
