Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator – Pengelola Konten Media Sosial to join our fast‑growing restaurant brand. This role is the creative engine behind our Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, turning everyday dining experiences into compelling visual stories that attract new guests and deepen loyalty among existing patrons. The ideal candidate is a tech‑savvy storyteller who understands the nuances of social‑media algorithms, can produce high‑quality photo and video assets, and consistently delivers content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar (daily, weekly, and monthly) that aligns with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and restaurant events.
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high‑resolution photos and short‑form videos showcasing menu items, behind‑the‑scenes kitchen action, and customer experiences.
  • Craft persuasive copy, including calls‑to‑action (CTA) and storytelling hooks, to accompany each piece of visual content.
  • Utilize editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or mobile‑friendly apps to enhance visual quality and maintain brand consistency.
  • Monitor platform insights, analyze performance metrics, and produce regular reports that inform future content strategy and budget allocation.
  • Stay current with evolving social‑media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of digital conversation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, culinary, and operations teams to source new ideas, gather assets, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Manage community interaction by responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content in a timely and brand‑appropriate manner.
  • Identify and engage with influencers or brand ambassadors who can amplify reach and drive foot traffic to restaurant locations.
  • Maintain a disciplined workflow that meets publishing deadlines while upholding high creative standards.

Requirements

  • Age: 25‑35 years (gender inclusive).
  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor) in Multimedia, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: At least 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience managing brand or personal‑branding social‑media accounts, preferably within the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
  • Deep understanding of social‑media algorithms, growth tactics, and platform‑specific best practices (Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, Stories, etc.).
  • Proficiency in photo‑ and video‑editing tools (CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to generate creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling arcs that capture audience attention.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive CTAs and brand‑consistent voice.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and results‑oriented, with a proven track record of meeting content targets.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret insights, generate performance reports, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
