Introduction

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Admin Accounting professional to join our finance team in South Jakarta. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate with multiple departments, support month‑end closing activities, and ensure the integrity of financial data. Responsibilities

  • Record and input daily financial transactions into the Accurate accounting software.
  • Perform thorough checks and reconciliations of bank statements, cash balances, and subsidiary ledgers.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents such as invoices, tax invoices, BAST (Berita Acara Serah Terima), and supporting vouchers.
  • Assist the senior accounting team in preparing month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing reports.
  • Generate and review standard Excel reports using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations divisions to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of payments.
  • Monitor aging schedules, follow up on overdue receivables, and support cash‑flow forecasting.
  • Prepare audit trails and documentation for internal and external auditors.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities within the accounting workflow.
  • Adhere to company policies, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in accounting administration or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting).
  • Experienced in using the Accurate accounting software; knowledge of other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of financial document management (invoices, tax invoices, BAST, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data reconciliation and support month‑end closing activities.
  • Excellent numerical analysis skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance targets.
  • Honest, disciplined, and responsible with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross‑functional coordination.
  • Male or female candidates of any gender, aged 35 years or younger.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
