Introduction
The Administrator Channeling Bisnis plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between prospective borrowers and our financial solutions platform. Working within a fast‑moving Business Channeling environment, you will ensure that every order is accurately captured, processed, and communicated, helping to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with a solid foundation in credit administration, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving market demands.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming orders from the Business Channeling source, confirming receipt and clarifying any missing information.
- Collect, verify, and ensure completeness of consumer data and financing objects before entry into the core banking system.
- Accurately input order information received through the dicicilaja platform into the ACCTION system, adhering to data‑entry standards.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) results and consumer grading, flagging any discrepancies for further analysis.
- Communicate credit approval outcomes to customers promptly, providing clear explanations of terms and next steps.
- Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and track their progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with the Service Help Center (SHC) on active consumer orders, facilitating smooth handovers and issue resolution.
- Maintain a meticulous record of all customer data entries, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Process customer submissions in line with RAC and grading outcomes, preparing documentation for final approval.
- Provide ongoing status updates to customers regarding their credit applications, fostering transparency and trust.
- Assist the SOC by delivering precise survey orders and monitoring feedback loops to improve service quality.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss workflow improvements, share best practices, and stay informed on product updates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit administration, loan processing, or a similar financial services role.
- Strong ability to adapt quickly to changing processes, regulations, and technology platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of credit management, financial law, and portfolio risk assessment.
- Proven capability in stress management and handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Customer relationship management (CRM) proficiency, with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.
- Experience in product development support and negotiation within the financial sector.
- Technical aptitude for using data‑entry systems such as ACCTION and other internal platforms.
- Demonstrated teamwork, with the ability to coordinate effectively with SHC, SOC, and other internal departments.
