Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Officer Remedial – Ampah (Kalimantan) to join our dynamic collections team. This role is based in the Ampah region of Kalimantan and offers a unique opportunity to develop a career in the fast‑growing multifinance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) activities, while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end process of A/R overdue collections, ensuring all deadlines are met and delinquent accounts are reduced.
- Monitor credit portfolios, identify high‑risk accounts, and implement proactive recovery strategies.
- Coordinate with the credit approval team to verify outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct regular follow‑up calls and visits with borrowers, negotiating repayment plans that align with company policy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on collection performance, highlighting trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance units when escalation to formal recovery procedures is required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communication and collection activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the underwriting department on recurring credit issues to improve future risk assessment.
- Support cross‑functional projects aimed at enhancing the overall efficiency of the collections workflow.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor) degree in any field; graduates are welcomed.
- Age: No strict upper limit, but candidates up to 30 years old are preferred.
- Gender: Male (as stipulated by the hiring policy).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or collections; experience in a multifinance environment is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in credit assessment, debt recovery processes, and interpersonal communication.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation ability, high integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of multifinance business models and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Location: Placement at Adira Finance office nearest to the candidate’s domicile.
