Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Service Operations Coordinator to join the dynamic team at Cibiuk Resto. This role is a pivotal entry‑level position within our fast‑growing food and beverage (F&B) network across the Greater Jakarta area (JABODETABEK). The successful candidate will be placed at any of our bustling outlets and will play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day service operations, supporting both front‑of‑house staff and kitchen teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily service flow across multiple Cibiuk Resto locations, ensuring orders are taken, prepared, and delivered accurately and on time.
- Act as the primary point of contact for floor staff, handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Maintain inventory logs for tableware, condiments, and service supplies, reporting shortages to the purchasing department promptly.
- Assist in scheduling shifts for waitstaff, bussers, and host/hostess teams, while adhering to labor regulations and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, conducting spot checks and documenting any deviations for corrective action.
- Prepare daily operational reports that include sales figures, guest counts, and service performance metrics for senior management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events, special menus, and loyalty programs, ensuring seamless execution on the floor.
- Provide on‑the‑job training and coaching to new hires, emphasizing proper service etiquette, product knowledge, and the Cibiuk brand values.
- Support cash handling procedures, including end‑of‑day reconciliations, and ensure accurate posting of transactions in the POS system.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a willingness to work flexible hours.

- Experience: No prior experience required; however, a genuine interest in the F&B industry is essential.
- Key Skills:
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work hard, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Willingness to be deployed to any Cibiuk Resto outlet throughout the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (JABODETABEK) region.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
