Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Field Collector (Staf Penagihan Pengalaman) to join our growing team at TrenggaleK. As a key member of our collection department, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, and ensuring timely repayment of loans. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will interact directly with customers in the field, use modern mobile tools, and contribute to the financial health of both the organization and its clients.
Responsibilities
- Receive daily aging reports and assigned debtor lists, and prioritize collection activities based on the length of delinquency.
- Prepare and issue all necessary collection documentation, including receipts, memos, repayment promises, and payment history statements.
- Plan and organize daily visit schedules based on regional assignments and the docking results provided by the Team Leader.
- Log attendance and submit the Daily Work Plan (RKH) via the Juara mobile application no later than 09:00 AM each morning.
- Conduct a minimum of twelve (12) field visits per day, following the approved RKH, to engage borrowers, negotiate payment terms, and collect outstanding installments.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction, update the collection system in real time, and report any escalated cases to the supervisory team.
- Utilize effective communication and negotiation techniques to resolve disputes, clarify loan terms, and build trust with clients.
- Monitor repayment trends, provide feedback on common challenges faced by borrowers, and suggest process improvements to enhance collection efficiency.
- Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance standards, including proper handling of personal data and documentation.
Requirements
- Male candidate, age between 18 and 50 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a collection or field‑sales environment.
- Possession of a valid motorbike (2‑wheel) and an active Class C driving license.
- Deep familiarity with the assigned geographic area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with mobile applications (e.g., Juara).
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a commitment to meeting daily targets.
