Introduction
The Officer Bisnis position is a field‑based business development role located in Kabupaten Ponorogo. As a key member of our sales and customer acquisition team, you will drive the growth of our loan product portfolio by identifying and cultivating new client relationships. Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new loan customers in alignment with the company’s quarterly business plan and sales targets.
- Conduct thorough on‑site assessments of prospective borrowers, evaluating character, creditworthiness, and financial capacity.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, clearly explaining product features, repayment schedules, and associated costs.
- Monitor monthly instalment payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and coordinate with the credit control team to ensure portfolio quality.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system, updating status, notes, and documentation promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the field, helping to refine promotional strategies and product offerings.
- Represent the company at community events, trade fairs, and local business gatherings to raise brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including proper verification of identification and documentation.
- Utilise a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C to travel across the district, reaching remote villages and small businesses.
Requirements
- Gender: All genders (pria/wanita).
- Age: 21 – 32 years.
- Education: Minimum D3/S1 (or equivalent) – candidates with a high school (SMA/SMK) background may also be considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, attention to detail, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience required.
- Willingness and ability to work in the field, including frequent travel within the district.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s licence (SIM C) and access to a personal motorbike or car.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
